Special Forces 8v8 Ladder V2

After nearly a year of the SF ladder and 2 seasons it is time to have a break. Season 2 kicked off nicely but after Christmas there has only been 1 match played out.

With Christmas and the New Year festivites out of the way it is time to continue with the SF ladder.

I will be unlocking the ladder over the weekend so keep an eye out and put those challenges in.

With Season 2 of the Special Forces ladder well under way and the teams taking a well earned rest over the christmas period

We would like to wish everyone a safe christmas and a happy new year. Stay safe and see you all next year when we kick off

the remainder of season 2 which will be starting on Monday 9th January 2009

After a long rest and some fine tunning to the ladder software it is time to kick off with Season 2.

If the captains have not read in the Forums we are discussing the challenge options

that will be used in Season 2.

With over 13 teams signed up it certainly is going to be a challenging and rewarding ladder. X5 S1 winners are back to make it 2 in a row, but I am sure the remaining 12 teams will be giving it there best shot to ensure x5 don't Succeed.

The ladder will be unlocked some time after 9:00pm on Friday the 24th

As a reminder any teams with less than 8 members wont be set to active until they reach the min player limit to start Season 2

Mudsy from www.Gameserverhosting.com has graciously provided the server for Season 2 and with

out his support this would not have been possible.

If you already havent noticed we are preparing the ladder for season 2 and I am sure it is

going to be another cracker season.

A reminder to everyone that Season 2 voting closes tomorrow afternoon so if you havent voted yet then head

over to Battlefiel Ladder Forums and put your vote in.

To assist in making sure the databse is clean and ready for S2 we have deleted all teams and members from the S1.

Registrations will start as soon as we finish modifying some minor DB settings.

If all goes to plan then we anticipate opening the ladder in a couple of weeks time. Keep an eye on this site and the forums

Season 1 Grand final

Congratulations to x5 for taking out Season 1 grand Final and congratualtions to all the teams who participated

in season 1. We look forward to seeing you in season 2
